Richard D. Liebert was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 19 of the Montana House of Representatives.


Campaign themes


Liebert supports the death penalty, a public employee pension plan that draws from both the state surplus and employee contributions, and limited wolf hunting. He opposes a statewide law regulating the use of cellular telephones, as well as "Right to Work bills that don’t allow consent and cooperation."[1]

Liebert ran in the 2012 election for Montana House of Representatives, District 19. Liebert ran unopposed in the June 5 primary election and was defeated by Roger A. Hagan (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
