Rick Ruble is the Indiana Commissioner of Labor. He has served in this position since taking over following Sean Keefer's resignation in September 2013. Ruble was serving as Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel with the Department of Labor at the time.[1][2]


Prior to attending law school, Ruble with the Research and Statistics division of the state Department of Labor for ten years. He was then in private practice until rejoining the DOL as Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel in February 2007.[3]
