Ricky Belk is the current Arkansas Director of Labor. He has served in that capacity since he was appointed in January 2013.[1]


Belk has served on the boards of the Fort Smith United Way and the Alma Community Outreach Center. He is a member of the state Workforce Investment Board and secretary-treasurer of the Arkansas AFL-CIO.[2]

Belk served on the State Federation Executive Board and a member and past Local President of the Communications Workers of America Local 6502.[3]
