Right to Work ballot measures
Right-to-Work ballot measures are those that use the statewide I&R process to try to enact right-to-work legislation in specific state. 22 states already have right-to-work laws.
The specific legislation could vary from state-to-state. By and large, right-to-work laws prohibit agreements between trade unions and employers making membership or payment of union dues or "fees" a condition of employment, either before or after hire.
