Robert McElwain was a Libertarian candidate for District 21 of the Kansas House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 3, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

McElwain's opponent in the November 2 general election was Republican incumbent Kay Wolf. According to official results, Wolf defeated McElwain by a margin of 6,934 to 1,737.[1]
