Robert L. McGahey, Jr. is a judge for the Second Judicial District Court of Colorado. McGahey was appointed to this position in January of 2000 by former Governor Bill Owens. He was later retained by voters in 2002, 2008 and 2014, and his current six-year term expires on January 11, 2021.
