Roger Stewart (b. October 14, 1931) was a Democratic member of the Iowa State Senate. He represented District 13 from the 2003 to 2010.

Stewart attended Cornell College. He went on to earn his Bachelor's from the Wisconsin School of Banking.

Stewart is currently a Banker/Farmer.
