|Shall the Town of Rosalia be authorized to impose a special (excess) tax levy of $2.59 per one thousand dollars of assessed valuation, to be collected in the year 2013, in order to collect $50,000.00 for the City Street Fund, to help defray the costs of street lights, seal coating, shoulder work, capital improvements, equipment and other regular maintenance of city streets?|
