Roy Givens (b. April 27, 1929) is a former Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 2. He served in the West Virginia State House of Delegates from 1978 to 1990 and again from 1994 to 2002. He then ran for re-election to the West Virginia State House of Delegates in 2004 but was not elected. He did rejoin the House in 2008 and served in that position until 2012. Givens is the former president of the Brooke County Board of Education.

Givens attended West Liberty State College.Givens served in the 13th Combat Engineers in the United States Army from 1951 to 1953. He is currently a Sales Representative.[1]

Givens was re-elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 2. He was one of two candidates running for the two District 2 Delegate positions on the ballot in the November 2, 2010, general election. Since only the top two primary vote-getters were elected, they were each essentially unopposed.[2][3]
