The Rural Communities, Land Use and Water Committee (formerly the rural communities committee) is a standing committee of the Oregon House of Representatives.
Per Section 8 of the House Rules, committees of the Oregon House of Representatives are assigned by the Speaker of the House. Committees are assigned at the start of each term. A majority of appointed members make up a committee's quorum. The Speaker is not an ex officio member of every committee.
