David Norquist (b. January 1, 1966) is a Democrat member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He represented the 28th District from 2005 to 2012.

Norquist is an attorney. He earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi Law School and BA from Delta State University.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, City of Cleveland Volunteer Fire Department, Defense Research Institute, and the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association.[1]
