The Saint Bernard/Elmwood Place City School District tax levy was on the February 3, 2009 ballot in Hamilton County for voters in the Saint Bernard/Elmwood Place City School District. The levy was approved by voters.[1]

The question facing voters was:

"Shall a levy renewing an existing levy be imposed by the St. Bernard-Elmwood Place City School District, for the purpose of PROVIDING FOR THE EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT in the sum of $1,675,000 per year, and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average seven and seventy-one hundredths (7.71) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to seventy-seven and one-tenth cents ($0.771) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of ten (10) years, commencing in 2009, first due in calendar year 2010?"
