San Leandro Sports Facilities School Bond, Measure M (November 2010)
A 55% supermajority vote was required to pass the measure.
Measure M would have authorized the school board to borrow $50 million to improve sports facilities in the district, specifically, renovating the Pacific Sports Complex and Burrell Field, building a new pool at San Leandro High School and several other smaller projects.
The tax rate to repay the $50 million was estimated to be about $25 per $100,000 of assessed property value.
