Sandra Crenshaw is a 2015 candidate for District 4 of the Dallas, Texas City Council.

In 2014, Crenshaw was a Democratic candidate for District 110 of the Texas House of Representatives.[1]

The city of Dallas, Texas will hold elections for mayor and city council on May 9, 2015. A runoff, if necessary, will take place on June 13, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 27, 2015. All 14 city council seats are up for election.[2][3]

In District 4, candidates include Carolyn King Arnold, Sandra Crenshaw, Carl Hays, Stephen King, D. Marcus Ranger, James Ross, Keyaira D. Saunders and Linda M. Wilkerson-Wynn. Incumbent Dwaine Caraway is not running for re-election.[4]

Elections for all 150 seats in the Texas House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on March 4, 2014. Those candidates who did not receive 50% or more of the vote in their party primary on March 4 faced an additional May 27 primary runoff. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in these elections was December 9, 2013. Incumbent Toni Rose defeated Sandra Crenshaw in the Democratic primary and was unchallenged in the general election.[1][5][6]
