Sanford City Charter Amendments, 3 (November 2010)

Three Sanford City Charter Amendment measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Sanford, which is in Seminole County.

Two of the three measures were approved

The first amendment sought to remove the requirement that the elected City Manager needs to live in the city while in office.

The second amendment sought to allow the City to reorganize districts after every Census each 10 years.

The third amendment sought to make it so that proposed charter amendment need only be circulated in a wide spread newspaper 30 days prior to the election.[1]
