Sean Connors (b. February 5, 1969) is a former Democratic member of the New Jersey General Assembly, representing District 32 from 2012 to 2014.

He previously ran for District 32 of the New Jersey State Senate in 2007, but was not elected.

Connors and fellow District 33 Assemblyman Ruben Ramos, Jr. (D) did not seek re-election in 2013. Their seats were filled by Democrats Carmelo G. Garcia and Raj Mukherji.


Connors' professional experience includes working as a police detective in Jersey City and as a member of the Jersey City school board.[1]

On November 8, 2011, Connors won election to District 33 of the New Jersey General Assembly. Connors and incumbent Ruben Ramos, Jr. defeated Ravi Bhalla in the Democratic Primary on June 7. They then defeated Fernando Uribe (R) and Christopher Garcia (R) in the November 8 general election.[2][3]
