Shane E. Pendergrass (b. March 14, 1950) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 13. She was first elected to the chamber in 1994. She previously served on the Howard County Council from 1986-1994.

Elections for the office of Maryland House of Delegates will consist of a primary election on June 24, 2014, and a general election on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 25, 2014. Incumbents Shane Pendergrass and Frank S. Turner will face Vanessa Atterbeary, Fred Eiland and Nayab Siddiqui in the Democratic primary, while Danny Eaton, Jimmy Williams and Chris Yates will face off in the Republican primary.[1]

On November 7, 2006, Shane Pendergrass ran for District 13 of the Maryland House of Delegates, winning the second of three seats, losing to Guy Guzzone but beating Frank Turner, Mary Beth Tung, Rick Bowers, and Loretta Gaffney .[3]
