|Shall the limitation on the total amount of taxes which may be levied against all properties in the Township of Solon, Leelanau County, Michigan, for all purposes be increased as provided by Section 6, Article 9 of the Michigan Constitution by an amount not to exceed 01.00 mills ($1.00 per thousand dollars of taxable value) as established by the State of Michigan on all properties in Solon Township for a period of two years (2012 and 2013) to be used for equipment and operation of the fire and ambulance departments within the Township, and shall the Township levy such increase in millage for such purpose(s) during such period which will raise in the year 2012 an estimated $85,000.00 and in the year 2013 an estimated $87,000.00?|
