South Dakota Conservative Action Council

The South Dakota Conservative Action Council (SDCAC) is a donor to the South Dakota Open and Clean Government Act (2008) (Initiated Measure 10) ballot measure.

SDCAC is a 501(c)(4) tax-exempt organization.

On its website, the organization says, "The South Dakota Conservative Action Council is a statewide grassroots organization that seeks to empower the voters of South Dakota to take back their government and restore the liberties given to them in the South Dakota and United States Constitutions. We are issue-focused and non-partisan. The SD CAC is committed to being the limited government leader in South Dakota."

Lee Breard is the group's executive director.[1]
