Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Wal Mart Stores East LP dba WalMart Supercenter 3641, a holder of a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood store at 200 S. Tuttle Rd., Springfield, OH 45503 in this precinct?[3]
