Stephen Dwyer
Stephen Dwyer was a judge for District 2 of the Washington Court of Appeals Division I. He assumed office on November 30, 2005. He left office on April 1, 2025.
Dwyer ran for re-election for the District 2 judge of the Washington Court of Appeals Division I. He won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Education
Judge Dwyer received his undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 1982.[1]
Career
Judge Dwyer served as a city council member in Edmonds, Washington, for 11 years before becoming a judge on the Snohomish County District Court in 1995. In February 2004, he was appointed to the Snohomish County Superior Court, where he judged until he was elected to the court of appeals in 2005.[1]
