Stephen A. "Steve" Horne (b. June 10, 1958) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 81. He was first elected to the chamber in 2003.

Biography

Horne earned his B.S. from the University of Southern Mississippi. His professional experience includes working as an Insurance/Assistant Administrator with the Mississippi Loggers Self-Insured Fund.[1]
