Steven Adams (b. March 18, 1949) is a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Windsor-4.

Adams joined the Vermont State House of Representatives in 2001. He has served in that position since, representing the Windsor-4 District. From 2007-2008, he was House Minority Leader.

Adams served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1971. He then worked for American Telephone and Telegraph Corporation as a Technician from 1971 to 1999.

Adams attended AT&T Technical Schools.
