A Stow City Term Limit Amendment measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Stow, which is in Summit County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 8,913 (75.25%) Approveda
  • NO 2,932 (24.75%)[1]

The proposed term limit amendment was set to either keep the current limit for the Mayor and Law Director of the city, but a glitch in the wording has now made the ballot say that the term limits would either be extended for a further eight years or not. City officials were unsure if the proposed measure would continue as listed or legal issues would be brought forward to take it off the ballot for future voting.[2]
