The Sun Prairie Area Swimming Pool Maintenance referendum was a school bond issue on the November 4 ballot in Dane County. Its purpose was to exceed revenue limits set by the state for school districts in the amount of $288,205 per year. These funds will be used to pay the ongoing costs of a new swimming pool at the new high school.

This referenda was accompanied by Sun Prairie Area New Swimming Pool (2008) referenda which would fund the initial construction and equipage of the pool. Both of the measure were approved.
