The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 20, 2014. Incumbent Dane Eagle defeated Terry Cramer, Brandon Ivey and Jim Roach in the Republican primary and defeated Jeremy A. Wood (I) in the general election.[1][2]
