On November 2, 2004, Frank LoBiondo won re-election to the United States House. He defeated Timothy J. Robb (D), Michael J. Matthews, Jr. (Independent/Libertarian), Jose David Alcantara (Independent/Green), Willie Norwood (Independent/Jobs Equality Business) and Costantino Rozzo (Independent-Socialist Party USA) in the general election.[1]
