On November 5, 2002, Chris Smith won re-election to the United States House. He defeated Mary Brennan (D), Keith Quarles (Independent/Libertarian), Don Graham (Independent/NJ Conservative) and Hermann Winkelmann (Independent/Honesty, Humanity, Duty) in the general election.[1]
