Terry Barnard (b. August 27, 1957) was a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing the 166th District from 1994-2011.

Barnard is a finance marketing manager, and has been Vice President/Branch Manager of First Citizens Bank.

He is a member of the Baptist Church.[1]
