Terry Meza was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 105 of the Texas House of Representatives.[1]


Meza earned her M.S. from the University of Dallas and her J.D. from Texas Wesleyan.

Elections for all 150 seats in the Texas House of Representatives will take place in 2014. A primary election took place on March 4, 2014. Those candidates who did not receive 50% or more of the vote in their party primary on March 4 faced an additional May 27 primary runoff. The general election will be held on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in these elections was December 9, 2013. Rodney Anderson defeated incumbent Linda Harper-Brown in the Republican primary. Terry Meza and Susan Motley advanced to a primary runoff, defeating Bernice Montgomery in the Democratic primary. Motley defeated Meza in the May 27 Democratic runoff. Motley, Anderson and W. Carl Spiller (L) will face off in the general election.[1][2][3]
