Thomas Azinger
Thomas Azinger (Republican Party) was a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 10. Azinger assumed office on December 1, 2018. Azinger left office on December 1, 2020.
Azinger (Republican Party) ran for election to the West Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 10. Azinger won in the general election on November 6, 2018.
Azinger served in the state House from 1994 to 2014.
Biography
Azinger earned his B.S. from West Virginia University in 1959.
Azinger is a Certified Financial Planner. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1956 to 1958. He has also worked as a Chartered Life Underwriter and Insurance Agent for Azinger Insurance Agency since 1964.[1]

2012
Azinger ran for re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 10. Azinger, incumbent John N. Ellem, and Frederick Gillespie advanced unopposed in the May 8 primary election. He was challenged by John Ellem, Frederick Gillespie, and Daniel Poling in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
2010
Azinger won re-election to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 10 in the November 2, 2010, general election. He defeated Republicans Courtney L. Ahlborn, Bill Bell, Denny Harton, Eric Jiles and Randall Rapp in the May 11 primary election. The three top vote-getters were elected.[5][6][7]
2008
In 2008, Azinger was re-elected to the West Virginia House District 10. Azinger (R) finished with 11,067 votes and was followed by John Ellem (R) with 11,003 votes, Dan Poling (D) with 10,086 votes, Brenda Brum (D) with 10,077 votes, Frederick Gillespie (R) with 9,040 votes and Iris McCrady (D) with 6,389 votes.[8] Azinger raised $20,724 for his campaign fund.[9]
