Thomas Barland (b. March 3, 1930) is a member of the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board a governmental agency of Wisconsin administering elections and ethics laws in Wisconsin. His term expires May 1, 2015. He was selected to serve as Chair for 2011.
Barland served as a Republican member of the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1961-1965 and on the Eau Claire County Circuit Court from 1967-2000. He is one of Wisconsin's longest-serving judges and received the 2009 State Bar Lifetime Jurist Achievement Award.
