Tigerton Remodeling Referendum (2008)
The Tigerton Remodeling Referendum was a school bond issue on the November 4 ballot in the School District of Tigerton, which is in Shawano county. The purpose of the referendum was to issue debt in the amount of $1,980,000, with the funds going to the school budget. The additional funds will be used for various remodeling projects at the middle and high schools.
According to the Appleton Post Crescent the "project will have zero tax impact because existing debt service expires in 2013."
