Timothy Furey (b. June 29, 1954) is a former Democratic member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing the 91st District from his appointment in 2007 to 2013.

Furey's professional experience includes working as the following: director of development at Opportunity Resources, Inc.; executive director at the Loyola Foundation; development officer at the University of Montana Foundation; laborer at Stimson Lumber, and executive director at Camp Make-A-Dream.

Furey earned his M.A. in public administration from Northern Illinois University in 1987, his B.A. in forestry from the University of Montana in 1978, and his associate's degree in marketing from McHenry College.
