Tommy Smith (b. December 15, 1950) is a former Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 168 from 1979 to 2013. He switched from Democrat to Republican.

Smith has worked as a pine tree and blueberry farmer. He is a member of the Administrative Board of the Alma United Methodist Church.[1]

Smith ran for re-election to the 168th District seat in 2010. He did not have any opposition in the July 20 primary or in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]
