Troy Findley, (b. July 11, 1964, in Lawrence, Kansas), is a former Lieutenant Governor of Kansas. He was appointed to this position on May 15, 2009 by Mark Parkinson. Parkinson had been serving as lieutenant governor under governor Kathleen Sebelius until she resigned to become secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
