Frank's opponents in the November 2 general election were Democratic candidate Anne Graham and Republican candidate Gary Foster. According to unofficial results, Graham defeated Foster and Frank in the November 2 general election.[1] Republican incumbent Susan Austin did not run for re-election because she was ineligible under Maine's term limits.
