United Property Owners of Montana (UPOM) is a Montana-based group that is sponsoring the Montana Eminent Domain Reform Amendment for the November 2010 ballot.

The group's slogan is "Uniting Property Owners to Protect Property Rights."

UPOM produced a 9-page legislative scorecard in 2009. The report designates several Montana State Senators as its "Outstanding Champions of Property Rights in 2009," including Debby Barrett, John Brenden, Keith Bales and Jim Peterson.
