Aaty87, welcome to Ballotpedia!

We're glad you're here. Here's how to get started:

1. Watch Ballotpedia's 5-minute overview.
2. Learn more about how you can contribute to our monthly projects.

August's Project of the Month

Summer is almost at an end but before the November elections begin, August brings with it two election dates with ballot measures. On August 5, both Michigan and Missouri voters will cast their "yes" or "no" votes on a grand total of six measures; one of which will be on the Michigan ballot. Alaskans will vote on August 19 to repeal or uphold SB 21, an oil tax cuts bill. This year, in addition to profiles on every certified measure, Ballotpedia brings you "Fast Facts."

Watch the video available here for a quick run-down on Alaska's Oil Tax Cuts Veto Referendum, Measure 1.

In the future, please make sure to include references to news sources. Additional information can be added to his talk page. All future edits will go though the edit review process. Please note that if future additions continue to violate community policies, and suggestions are ignored, you may be banned. Thank you again for your interest and participation in Ballotpedia. Editing on MD Rabbi Alam's profile

Thank you for your interest and participation in Ballotpedia. I reviewed your edits to MD Rabbi Alam's page and was able to keep most of the new content, although much of what you added required some re-working or re-arranging in order to ensure the page adheres to Ballotpedia writing standards. Specifically, a large number of external links you inserted within the body of the profile had to be moved or replaced with formal citations. Here are a couple pages outlining the writing guidelines for editing on the wiki, with extra emphasis on source referencing:

I have added an additional note on the MD Rabbi Alam talk page mentioning that all further edits on that page be discussed on the talk page prior to adding into the profile.
