In describing each section of Proposition 98, I tried to be pretty careful to accurately explain what the initiative said. I fear that the wholesale removal of sections (such as those analyzing section 19(b)(3)(ii) and the meaning of "transfer an economic benefit") leaves a significant hole in any reasonable understanding of what the initiative does. As a result, I'm going to put those sections back in. If you would like to re-word those or provide suggestions as how to improve them, I think that could be quite valuable, but just deleting them doesn't really move the understanding forward.
You indicate that you removed "unsourced" sections, but you also removed the sources I quoted.
I tried to stick to a NPOV, not to have "tendentious" arguments. To the extent I failed, I certainly respect any corrections. Indeed, I got some feedback from MMH, and I promptly changed what I had written to improve the article.

I edited the article, re-wording and then putting back in some of the sections that were removed. I left most of your edits intact and tried to make sure that what I put back in was sourced and not "tendentious". Let me know what you think.
