Two down ballot state executive positions were up for election in the state of Vermont in 2014. The two down ballot seats on the ballot in 2014 were the Vermont Treasurer and the Vermont Auditor. The general election took place November 4, 2014.

Incumbent Auditor Doug Hoffer (D) ran unopposed for another term in office. The treasurer's race featured incumbent Elizabeth Pearce (D) facing Liberty Union Party candidate Murray Ngoima and Vermont Progressive Party candidate Don Schramm. Hoffer and Pearce won election on November 4.

Vermont is one of 14 states that uses an open primary system, in which registered voters do not have to be members of a party to vote in that party's primary.[1][2][3]
