Vernon Molnar was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 8th Congressional District of Michigan. Previously, he was a Republican candidate for District 27 in the Michigan State Senate in the November 2010 state legislative elections.

Molnar ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Michigan's 8th District. He was defeated by incumbent Mike Rogers in the Republican primary on August 7, 2012.[1]
