Eleven Village and Township Electrical Aggregation measures were on the May 4, 2010 ballot in various villages and townships in Stark County.

All eleven measures were approved[1]

These measures sought to allow the Lake, Perry, Sugarcreek, Lexington, Washington, Marlboro, Bethlehem, Tuscarawas and Lawrence townships along with the villages of Limaville and Hartville to aggregate their electricity. This meant the village or township would buy the electricity allowing for discounts in rates. Residents of the respective area will also be allowed to opt out of collective buying if they wanted.[2]
