Biography

Mosley earned his bachelor's degree in Criminology from Pennsylvania State University at University Park and his J.D. from Howard University in 1998. His professional experience includes serving as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Speaker of the New York State Assembly and serving as Chief of Staff for the New York State Assembly.[1]
