    • Annual appropriations are listed, but there is no listing of revenue projections, year-over-year data, or executive budget message, which is expected in a complete budget document.[10]
    • The site suggests that users look for further documentation on the County Auditor's site. This site contains expense and revenue reports, updated monthly, but still does not contain projections, year-over-year data, or a budget message.[11]
