The Washington Effective Data of State Legislative Salary Increases Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 139, was on the November 2, 1976 ballot in Washington as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have required any change in salary of the legislature to happen at the same time for all members. The measure would have amended Section 25 of Article II of the Washington State Constitution.
