|“||Initiative Measure No. 1350 concerns medical marijuana.
This measure would state that taxes on recreational marijuana must not apply to medical marijuana and would reaffirm existing medical marijuana statutes.

It would amend certain existing statutes governing medical marijuana by making nonsubstantive changes, such as substituting the word “marijuana” for the word “cannabis.” It states that it would reaffirm Initiative 692 and other statutes related to medical marijuana.||”|
This measure proposal was primarily sponsored by Chris Barten, Director of First Step in Kent, Washington, a medical marijuana card provider.
