The Washington Removal of Limitation on Land Ownership Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 20, was on the November 8, 1966 ballot in Washington as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure repealed constitutional limitations on land ownership by non-citizens.[1] The measure repealed Section 33 of Article II of the Washington State Constitution.[2]
