The Washington State Officers Compensation Increase Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 13, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in Washington as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for an increase in compensation for government officials who do not fix their own compensation. The measure added Section 1 of Article XXX of the Washington State Constitution.
