Wes Hilliard (b. October 12, 1973) is a former Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He represented the 22nd District from 2004-2012. He served as Deputy Minority Floor Leader, State House Assistant Minority Floor Leader and was formerly an Assistant Democratic Floor Leader.

Hilliard received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Oklahoma State University, and his Master of Arts in Education from East Central University. He is adult education coordinator at Southern Oklahoma Technology Center.
